Ring of Kerry. This takes a day but offers beautiful views of the ocean and countryside. Combine it with a round of golf at Waterville at the tip of the Ring.

Killarney. Many fine shops and great pubs. This is a great base for touring the Southwest of Ireland.

The Blarney Stone. At Blarney Castle, the Blarney Stone is famous for its kiss. Nearby shopping.

Cliffs of Moher. Huge cliffs that stretch nearly five miles along the coast north of Lahinch, they tower 400 to 600 feet above the sea. Fun to lie on the edge and look straight down.

The Burren. Some 100 square miles of limestone along the coast near Lisdoonvarna. Burren means great rock in Gaelic. Lot of flowers.
